Support for Appify COD & Upsell

Set up the COD order form

  1. Open Appify from Shopify admin. Follow the setup guide to choose your selling country and review the form fields and shipping rates.
  2. Use the form activation link to open the product template in Shopify’s theme editor. Enable the Appify COD form app embed and save the theme.
  3. Preview a product and the cart. Check the items, shipping, any COD fee, and the full total before submitting a test order on your test store. The COD form creates an unpaid Shopify order through a separate flow from Shopify Checkout.

Set up the optional checkout COD rule

  1. Activate Cash on Delivery in Shopify admin → Settings → Payments → Manual payment methods.
  2. In Appify settings, enter the payment-method name exactly as it appears at checkout, set the COD minimum, and save with Shopify’s Save Bar. The optional COD cart message is a separate app embed; enable it and save in the theme editor if you want that message.
  3. Test once below and once at or above the configured product-subtotal limit. Confirm final Cash on Delivery availability in Shopify Checkout.
