Support for Appify COD & Upsell

Before you contact us

  1. Open Appify, choose Enable storefront message, and save the staged COD cart message in Shopify’s App embeds editor.
  2. Activate Cash on Delivery in Shopify Admin → Settings → Payments → Manual payment methods.
  3. Return to Appify, enter the payment-method name exactly as it appears at checkout, set the COD minimum, and save with Shopify’s Save Bar.
  4. Test once below and once at or above the configured product-subtotal limit. Confirm final Cash on Delivery availability in Shopify Checkout.
