Terms of service
These terms govern a merchant’s use of Appify COD & Upsell. By installing the App, the merchant agrees to these terms and Shopify’s applicable platform terms.
The service
The App provides a Shopify Payment Customization that can hide a matching Cash on Delivery method below a configured product-subtotal minimum, plus a message that can show how much remains before that minimum. At or above the minimum, the App does not hide the matching payment method; final availability is determined by Shopify Checkout. The App does not process payments or create orders outside Shopify Checkout.
Merchant responsibilities
The merchant is responsible for configuring an accurate manual payment-method name, testing the rule on the active store, complying with consumer laws, and clearly communicating payment and fulfillment terms to buyers.
Availability
We aim to keep the App available and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Shopify platform changes, theme behavior, store configuration, or third-party outages can affect the service. We may update the App to maintain compatibility or safety.
Warranty and liability
The App is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. Appify Creations is not responsible for merchant configuration, fulfillment decisions, lost sales, or indirect damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination
A merchant may stop using the service by disabling the Appify message, removing the payment customization, or uninstalling the App. We may restrict access when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address material misuse.
